For Equestrians is one of her new 3 part series in which Tate and I are
"models" (along with Marie-Frances Davis and Sheza Painted Lark (Demi)
...... doing the exercises on the ground and then under saddle. The
exercises range from Beginner to Advanced and really make you aware of
using different parts of your body independently. The exercises really
make you aware of your strengths and weaknesses and what you need to work
on to become a more relaxed and balanced rider. We had a great time
working on this video!
